All transactions made on the Big Richard website utilise 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and are handled via Eway. Any other information retained by us is stored on secure servers, and we only use professional third party web hosts that adhere to the highest standards of online security. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns are accepted if we are notified within two weeks from the original date of purchase. Please also allow for one week while we process the return. Service charges such as express shipping, postal insurance, international shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for underwear, unless they are unworn and unwashed and in all their original packaging and tags.

Tshirts or other garments may be returned provided they are in their original condition with all their original packaging and tags.

If you do choose to return an item in accordance with the above then we will happily exchange the item for you or provide you with a store credit (refunds are not available at this time). You will need to pay for the item to be sent back to us, but we will pay the shipping costs for another item to be sent out to you. We reserve the right to charge shipping in the event of a second return.

Availability

Big Richard assures that all stock levels as represented on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge. If an error is made and stock is unavailable, we will contact you via email immediately.
